Diane Brush, Property Managers

Diane Brush has been in the property management field since 1980. She graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Education. Previous careers, including teaching high school and serving as city clerk for eight years, prepared her for the challenges that go along with property management. Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband fishing, boating and riding quads.

Eric Jensen, Property Managers

Eric Jensen has been in property management for 14 years. Prior to joining Pacific Crest he was Regional Manager for an interstate property management firm specializing in large apartment and condominium complexes. Eric graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. As a Puget Sound native, he enjoys outdoor activities, including flying, camping and fly fishing.

Angie Bentler, Property Managers

Angie is a Puget Sound native. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Law, Society and Justice in 1999. Intrigued by the real estate industry and with a passion for contract law, Angie began her career in real estate in 2004, and joined Pacific Crest in 2005. Angie's role at Pacific Crest includes portfolio management, specializing in new construction and mixed-use properties, consulting and management services for lease-ups, and business development. She has additional experience in residential sales.

Jenny Lim, Bookkeepers

Jenny was born and raised in Indonesia. She came to the United States in 1998 to pursue her education. She graduated from University of Washington where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems. She started her career path as an accountant assistant at the UW Accounting department while she was completing her education. She continued her career in the real estate/mortgage industry as an accountant and a funder for a local mortgage company. Her education background combined with her organizational skills and hard work ethic helps to maximize the company’s goal.

Jenny, who enjoys traveling, speaks 3 different languages (Indonesian, English and Chinese dialect). Jenny devotes much of her spare time to her church activities, which include Marketplace Network Group and choir.

Lauren Piper, Designated Broker

Originally from New Jersey, Lauren has lived in Seattle since 1992. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, she moved to London and worked for the BBC. Upon her return to the States, she took her career to Seattle.

Lauren has been involved in the Seattle real estate market since 1994, first as office manager of a prominent Seattle commercial real estate firm before becoming the designated broker and office manager of Pacific Crest. When not working, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and biking.

Paul Piper, Bookkeepers

Paul began working at Pacific Crest in November 2004. Before joining Pacific Crest, Paul spent 20 years in the commercial printing industry. A rare Seattle native, Paul graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in History. In his spare time, Paul enjoys hiking, biking, and camping.

John Stoner, Principal

With solid experience gained from 17 years in the Seattle real estate market, John Stoner brings together expertise in several areas of the real estate industry, including property management, brokerage, and development.

In addition to forming Pacific Crest Property Management, LLC, John is a principal and founding partner at Paragon Real Estate Advisors, Inc., the premier Puget Sound apartment brokerage company.

John is a graduate of University of Washington and a long time resident of Seattle, an active member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, and serves on the boards of Catholic Community Services and the Archdiocese Housing Authority. John lives in Seattle with his wife and their 4 children.

Duncan Bain, Property Managers

Duncan Bain began his career in property management in 1993 with a national property management company in Seattle, WA. In 1995 he joined a Seattle firm where he spent five years overseeing a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties including conventional, LIHTC and bond financed assets. Duncan has proven success managing new construction, stabilized and distressed properties. He also has experience in comprehensive renovation and repositioning of underutilized assets in the Puget Sound region.

Duncan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Washington. Additionally, he is a member of IREM Chapter 27 and a CPM candidate.

Tony Corrado, Property Managers

Tony was born and raised in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. After graduating from Western State College of Colorado with a BA in Business and Recreation, he returned to Seattle to start a career in Real Estate as a Resident Manager for a family owned property. Over the next several years Tony continued to grow his portfolio of multi-family properties and ended up bringing his skills and knowledge to Pacific Crest in late 2010.

A true Northwest mative, Tony enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors with his family; most of all, Tony enjoys fly fishing for trout and steelhead.
